As the platform expands and matures, transparent and convenient plan management is essential — it helps customers proactively try out and evaluate the solution.

FPT Smart Cloud introduces the Plan Management feature on the AppSec Service, letting users easily activate the Beta plan and review plan information from a single centralized interface.

The feature supports quick Beta activation through a clear confirmation flow and provides an overview of the upcoming Standard and Premium plans with PAYG and Reserved billing models.

RELEASED FEATURES

1. Plan Management​

a. Description​

The Plan Management feature lets users manage and monitor service plans in a centralized and transparent way.

In the current release:

  • Supports activating the Beta Plan for early access to core features.
  • Displays an overview of the Standard and Premium plans (coming soon).

b. Feature​

Activate Beta Plan​

  • Displays the plan list on the Plan Management screen, including:

    • Beta Plan: available for activation now.
    • Standard Plan and Premium Plan:
    • Billing models: PAYG, Reserved
    • Estimated cost
    • Status: Coming soon (activation not yet available)

  • Users can:

    • View detailed features and quota by scrolling to the comparison table.

  • After successful activation:

    • The system automatically redirects to the Dashboard to start using the service.

View Plan List (for activated customers)​

  • Activated customers can:

    • Open Organization Management
    • View plan information via View Plans

  • Display includes:

    • Plan list
    • Currently active plan status

→ Helps users track and manage plans easily.

c. Capacity​

  • Supports multiple plan types with different billing models.
  • Ready to scale to Standard and Premium plans in upcoming releases.
  • Ensures each organization:
    • Only activates and manages plans within its assigned permissions.
  • Provides a comparison table for:
    • Feature
    • Quota
      → helping users evaluate and plan upgrades.
