Initial setup

Log in to FPT Portal

To log in to FPT Portal, access the portal and sign in with your FPT Cloud account credentials. Select the correct Tenant for the VA service.

If you do not yet have an FPT Cloud account, visit https://fptcloud.com/, click Sign Up, and follow the on-screen instructions. The support team will contact you to confirm and create your account.

If you are unsure about any details or the system returns an error after 3 attempts, contact the Support team for assistance.

Register the service and verify quota

To use FPT Vulnerability Assessment, contact the support team at https://fptcloud.com/lien-he/. After providing the required information, the FPT Vulnerability Assessment management feature will be enabled in your FPT Portal account.

After registering, the Cloud VA service appears in the portal menu.

The service interface has two main sections:

  • General information: Quota information, scan status, and a summary of security vulnerabilities that need remediation.
    • Package information:
      • Concurrent scan: Number of simultaneous scans allowed by your package.
      • Remaining scan: Remaining scans in your package. For monthly packages, remaining scans are unlimited.
    • Service usage: Summary of results from previous scans.
    • Vulnerabilities: Total vulnerabilities found across all scan targets.
  • List target: List of scan targets you have created.

If your Tenant has not been granted access to the service, you will see the message You do not have sufficient permissions to view this page!. Select the correct Tenant that has been allocated quota.
