Why can't I view my bill?

There are three scenarios that can prevent you from viewing the Billing module or the Bills feature:

1. Your account has the Tenant Owner role but bill data is empty.

Contact FCI Sale Support to set up service pricing and enable reconciliation display on the Portal.

2. Your account does not have the Tenant Owner role.

Ask someone with Tenant Owner rights in your organization to grant you IAM billing permissions. See Billing permissions for instructions.

3. Your account has sufficient billing view permissions but data is still not visible.

Check the project and region you currently have selected. Try switching to the default project and the region where your billable resources are located. If the issue persists, contact FCI for further assistance.
