Initial Setup

If this is your first time using FPT Smart Cloud Database Engine, please check and complete the following tasks first: Create an FPT Cloud account and log in to the FPT Portal. After completing the steps above, you are ready to initialize the Database Engine on the FPT Cloud system.

1. Create an FPT Cloud account and log in to the FPT Portal

To start using the FPT Smart Cloud Database Engine service, you need to log in to the FPT Portal. Please access it and log in with the FPT Cloud account/password that has been provided. Select the correct Tenant, Region, and VPC where you want to use the service. If you do not yet have an FPT Cloud account, please visit the homepage at https://fptcloud.com/. Then select the Sign Up function and enter the information according to the system's instructions. You will be contacted by our support team shortly afterward to confirm the information and create your account. If you encounter any issues during the process, please contact our Support team immediately for assistance.
