IP Access overview

The IP Access feature controls system access, allowing users to log in only from IP addresses that have been configured. User accounts not included in the permitted IP list will not be able to access the system.

• You need to accurately identify the list of users corresponding to the IPs allowed to access the system.
• If you are in the process of setting up, add the public IP address you are currently using and your own account (prioritize as the first record) to ensure the setup process is not interrupted.

The IP Access feature does not apply to Tenant Owners — all Tenant Owners are not restricted by IP-based access control.
