How do I know FCI has received my request?

After clicking Submit, your request will be sent to FCI's sales staff. At the same time, FCI will send a confirmation email to the email address registered with the user who created the request. Once you receive the confirmation email from FCI, it means your request ticket has been successfully received and FCI will follow up to proceed with the implementation.
