📄️ Can I create multiple requests at the same time?
Customers can create multiple requests at the same time. The requests will be sent to FCI and processed in order of priority based on creation time.
📄️ How do I know FCI has received my request?
After clicking Submit, your request will be sent to FCI's sales staff, and FCI will send a confirmation email to the address registered with the user who created the request.
📄️ Can I select a VPC or create a new VPC when requesting a service?
You can select a new VPC (New) or any VPC that you have permission to manage.
📄️ Why can't I find the Request Resource section in the menu?
If you do not have VPC Owner or Tenant Owner permissions, you cannot create a resource request. Please contact FCI's support team to be granted the appropriate permissions.
