📄️ What is a recipient?
A recipient is a person or channel that receives alert notifications from the FPT Alert system. Tenant Owners can create and manage the list of recipients in the Recipients screen.
📄️ Create a recipient
Step 1: In the menu, go to Cloud Guard > Alert, open the Recipients tab, and click Create Recipient.
📄️ Create a recipient via Microsoft Teams
The Microsoft Teams recipient feature lets you configure a Teams channel or group chat to receive notifications from the FPT Cloud Guard security monitoring system. This integration helps operations teams receive timely alerts and respond quickly to security events.
📄️ Edit a recipient
Step 1: In the menu, go to Cloud Guard > Alert and select the Recipients tab.
📄️ Delete a recipient
Step 1: In the Recipient Management table, find the recipient to delete and click Delete in the Action column.
