Initial Setup

To start using the Incident Management service of FPT Monitoring, complete the following steps:

1. Contact the FPT Monitoring Support team to enable the Incident Management service on your Dashboard.
2. Go to https://console.fptcloud.com and sign in with your FPT Cloud account.
3. Select the correct Tenant, Region, and VPC that the service should run in.
4. Choose Monitoring from the main menu, then open the Dashboard page to start using the service.

If you do not have an FPT Cloud account yet, visit https://fptcloud.com, click Sign Up, and fill in the required information. Our support team will reach out to verify your details and create the account for you.
